Membership at The Cove & Kin is designed to provide access to a curated community, events, programmes, resources, and member benefits, which may evolve over time.

Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared or assigned to another individual without prior written approval from The Cove & Kin.

Membership fees, where applicable, are payable in advance and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated for a specific programme or offering.

Members are expected to engage respectfully with fellow members, facilitators, staff, and the community. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, disruption of programmes, or misuse of community spaces—online or offline—may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

Some events, workshops, consultations, or experiences may require separate registration or additional fees and are subject to availability.

Where a member or participant is under 18 years of age, membership, programme participation, and the collection of personal information require the informed consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The Cove & Kin reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, programme offerings, or policies at any time. Any material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated through appropriate channels.

The Cove & Kin also reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate membership at its sole discretion where it believes such action is necessary to protect the safety, integrity, or wellbeing of the community or to ensure compliance with applicable laws and these policies.
